Meet the New AHRF Board Additions

Lauren Picciuca is a Senior Graphic Designer with over 15 years of experience in visual communication and branding. With many years serving as a Senior Graphic Designer at a variety of design firms, she has a proven track record of driving innovation and revenue growth. Lauren’s interest in AHRF is deeply personal, rooted in her family’s history with hearing loss and balance issues. Following the passing of her father—a professional in hearing aid development—she is dedicated to carrying on his legacy by supporting those affected by hearing and balance impairments.

“In honor of my father, I proudly support AHRF. His dedication to improving the hearing world inspired me to do the same.”

Gregory Olson is the Vice President of Strategy and Analytics at Grand Fitness Partners, where he leads data-driven transformations for over 90 locations. With an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Greg’s career spans two decades of leadership in management consulting and executive strategy. Since being diagnosed with Meniere’s Disease in 2023, Greg has become a passionate advocate for advancing treatments and awareness for vestibular disorders. He aims to merge his professional expertise with his lived experience to support the foundation’s mission.

“I’m excited to support AHRF’s mission to advance the understanding of hearing loss and balance disorders, while helping raise awareness within the patient community about the important progress being made.”
